Extending across parts of two spectacular buildings, Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo's banquet and meeting facilities have the ability to accommodate all needs and situations, from get-togethers with loved ones, to parties, to important meetings. Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower's stylish Grand Ballroom is equipped with 36 projectors, and is the first room of its kind in Japan to feature a state-of-the-art system that allows video and still images to be projected to every side of the room. Meanwhile, on the third floor of the stately Mitsui Main Building—a designated Important Cultural Property of Japan—are four banquet rooms and six meeting rooms.

    Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo's conference systems are backed by state-of-the-art technology. The hotel's banquet hall is equipped with 36 projectors, giving you the ability to project photos and CG to screens on all sides of the room simultaneously. Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo is the first hotel in Japan to feature a system with this level of capability. High-speed internet access (wired and wireless) is available in every room. All of the hotel's meeting rooms are furnished with screens, the latest in lighting technology, videoconferencing equipment, and LAN cables (available on request). At the hotel's on-premises chapel, atmospheric LED lighting will bring an added sense of ceremony to your occasion.

    Organizers of events held here also have the option of creating a program of cultural activities tailored to their audience. Event attendees can experience the samurai code of Bushido through a lesson in swordsmanship, participate in a traditional tea ceremony, or even take home a custom-made folding fan or other artisanal souvenir made by a local craftsperson.
